How on earth did this all happen? What do I do now? How am I ever going to get over her/him? These are just a few things that run through your mind when you first break up with your ex. Even though you try to stay calm, your emotions and feelings run wild. So in order to help you relieve the pain, we want to share with you some great ways to stay focused and healthy.
The first thing that you want to do is just sit down and think. Some people my go against this, but it will let your mind run wild for as long as you can take it. Once you have done that, you than want to start writing. Pick up a journal and start writing everything that is on your mind. This will allow you to refresh your brain and wash away some of those emotional problems that you currently are having.
After you have done that, you now want to start thinking positive. This means that you need to start doing the things that you love. Take the time to go for a bike ride or go to the gym. Do something that will stimulate your mind, without having him/her being associated with whatever you are doing.
If you take these two techniques and implement them, in just few short days, you will start to feel better and in more control. So take the time to pick up a journal and write down your thoughts, you will feel more refreshed and in sync once again.
